At Rock Steady Lacrosse, we believe great players are built through consistency, effort, and steady improvement. Our team motto, "Rock Steady", represents the mindset we want every player to develop: show up, compete, trust the work, and keep getting better one rep at a time.

Serving players throughout the greater Hackettstown area, Warren County, and western Morris County, our training focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, lacrosse IQ, and game-ready skills. Players will work on stick skills, shooting, dodging, ground balls, footwork, decision-making, and competitive drills designed to help them take the next step in their development.

Coach Gold is the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Centenary University. With over 15 years of experience coaching high school and collegiate players, he has helped many athletes earn all-conference and all-division honors. A former standout attackman at Emerson College, Coach Gold specializes in offensive skill development and works with players ages 5 to 18.
